What are your hours?
Our laundromat self serve facility is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
Our wash and fold service is available 7:30am to 7pm seven days a week!
Are you attended?
We are staffed from 7:30 am to 7 pm daily.
Our facility is remotely monitored outside of these hours and management can be reached by cell at (563)590-6441 with any questions or concerns.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines can be started using quarters, tokens, or touchless with the DexterPay app on your phone!
Don't have quarters and not phone app savvy? Don't worry! We have changers to exchange cash for quarters or tokens; and credit cards can be used to get laundry tokens that work in all of our machines!
Do you have large machines?
Yes! We have up to 90lbs Jumbo washers and 120lbs Jumbo Dryers for your large loads and bulky items.
King comforters, area rugs, pillows, and more are no problem!
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off and pick up your laundry any time between 7:30am and 7pm daily!
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use only premium detergents such as Tide (default), All Free & Clear, OxiClean, Bounce, Shout! and Downy!
Is there a minimum wash and fold order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order for in-store drop off orders
There is a 30 pound minimum order for pick up & delivery drop off orders
Do you wash my clothes with other customers orders?
Absolutely not. All individual laundry orders are washed and dried separate from each other and will never be mixed with another customers order.
What is the turnaround time for in-store wash & fold?
Typically in-store drop off laundry will be ready for pickup same day (depending on drop off time) or within 24 hours.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?
not much
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you don't have to be home to use this service. You can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create your account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes! When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No, we do not make our customers sign a contract, you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
When you create your order we ask for your credit card. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend that you put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation. You can do this through your online account.
